Our Return and Refund Policy is straightforward. If you have ordered and do not like your product, you can request a refund or exchange within a week of ordering and receipt. Everything is made to order. Each individual item is created specifically for you. It isn't sitting on a shelf. As such, it takes us time to make it. We try to get all orders out as fast as we can to you. We do our best to get orders out within 2 to 3 days if not sooner.
