Our Return and Refund Policy is straightforward. If you have ordered and do not like your product, you can request a refund or exchange within a week of ordering and receipt. Reach out to us and we'll be happy to try and get you sorted! We reserve the right to decline any request for refund or exchange at any time to avoid potential abuse of exchanges and refund requests.
Everything is made to order. Each individual item is created specifically for you. It isn't sitting on a shelf. As such, it takes us time to make it. Additionally, Shipping days are typically Monday and Friday currently. We try to get all orders out as fast as we can to you, but just know that it may wait until a Monday to Friday to ship.
